what's the difference between strategy and a marketing plan?

strategy is the why and the where - what you're trying to achieve and where you fit. a marketing plan is the how and the when - the specific activities, channels and dates. you need both, in that order.

how long does a strategy engagement take?

usually 4-6 weeks for discovery, research and the final document. ongoing strategic support runs as a retainer or quarterly check-in.
